Return / Refund Policy
Due to the nature of plants as a product we do not offer returns or refunds on orders.
Once we hand over your package to the post office we have no control over what happens to it. Any damage incurred is not our responsibility.
We take great care when packaging your order and only use quality shipping materials.
We are not responsible for any shipping damage, loss or shipping delay.
If you need a heat pack you are responsible for purchasing one from the accessories menu. If you're receiving a direct checkout link and need a heat pack you must contact us to add one to your checkout link.
We will only refund if one of the following occurs:
• If you receive the wrong plant
• If the plant has died because of an excess of moisture in the box.
• If plants have died because of an insect or disease during shipment or within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• If plants are damaged because of an insect attack during shipment or within 48 hours of receiving your order.
